A workshop under WP 4 took place on the 19th of October 2011 in Ruse. The Executive Agency “Maritime Administration” (BMA) hosted the meeting The participants of the workshop were the representatives of the project’s “Cooperation-Network for logistics and nautical education focusing on Inland Waterway Transport in the Danube corridor supported by innovative solutions” (NELI) partners. The WP 4 activities are designed to strengthen the e-learning as a modern method aligning the young people to the professions of the Inland waterway transport.
A Partners’ meeting was held in Veliko Tarnovo on the 20th and 21st of October. The main issues were related to the implementation of the activities, as well as to the further development and building on the achievements of the project NELI. The design of the final brochure, the website revision and the last revision of NELI coerces were discussed. The participants talked about lessons learnt from InfoDanube events. The meetings ended with analysis of the future transnational strategy, regarding the ITC’s for IWT in the entire Danube corridor.
